I lived at Oakmont of Bear Creek from July 1999 to September 2011. There was never a reason to move! First and most important, management. Joyce and her staff are supreme. Always a smile and always take time to say 'how's everything in your apartment' and overall in your life. I always felt at home in this complex. The maintenance staff are super friendly and efficient. More than once, the guys would jump start my dead car or install the metal tubing for my dryer. I don't know alot of complexes (if any!) that do that. Plus, Joyce had recommended BestFriends Petsitting service to me back in '99 as well and I used Shanna and her staff until the day I left. Second, the grounds. They were always lovely and kept in fine shape. As I would drive home and pull through the gates, I would always sigh with relief. I was home!j Third, my apartment. I had the large one bedroom and it was perfect. Perfect location, perfect size. My view was of the putt putt course so that was kinda nice. I now live in Austin and I am not digging it. I miss Dallas. I miss Euless. I plan to be back in August. And if they will have me, I'm going to return home to Oakmont. There IS no place like home.

Facility managers are very friendly and respondent. The area is clean and well maintained. Love the location. Almost central to most stores and services.

I tell people that I enjoy it very much. I don't know if I have it better than others because I'm down at an end where we have no traffic and there's not another building across from me, but it really doesn't feel like apartment living. It's a nice place to call home.

The area is extremely nice. The office staff and maintentance people are very professional. I would definitely recommend this property.

I have lived here for three months. Initially there were a couple of maintenance issues, but they were handled the same day, and on a holiday at that. I have no complaints so far. Great neighbors and great staff.

The staff is wonderful-very cooperative and eager to make you happy even in a short term move-in requirement. The apartment was in immaculate condition and everyone did everything in their power to accommodate our time frame. The grounds are maintained beautifully, great location to everything. Having a garage is definitely an added plus. Overall very happy!!

This is the ideal spot to live and the best complex I have lived in. Apartment life can be very diifficult to adapt too and find a good place to live. I have been here a year and love it! I finally found a place in TX that I dont mind staying at for a while and call home. The staff is awesome, they will help out with so much. They have delivered packages and left inside my garage when I was not able to be there, the maintnance staff is very quick and honest people. Everyone in the community is friendly and because its not a huge compley, you get to know more people and see them often. The complex is well kept and looks the most modern IMO. The pool is hidden in the center of the complex so you dont get alot of outsiders sneaking in. The 1 car garages are about 1 1/2 car and have alot of space. The area in general is one of the best around...you have the park with jogging trails, dog parks fields etc within walking distance...and you close to the major freeways. You cant go wrong here!

This complex feels as if I am living in a small community instead of an apartment. I love the floor plan, the friendly residents and the exceptional staff. I am thankful a friend recommended Oakmont.

Oakmont is a nice quiet small apartment complex. The apartments are will maintained and you do not have the typical apartment feel when you live there. The management and staff are wonderful. I have never had any problems. They take care of all you needs in a timely matter and they even make follow up calls. I have friends that live in near by apartments and I hear so many horror stories about there management. To me when you have good managment that does not see a lot of turn around you have a good complex. It also feels very safe. I have talked with police officers doing routine checks and they have told me that they hardley ever have a problem with Oakmont. If you have to live in an apartment then I strongly reccommend Oakmont.
